Refund policy

Here at the Republic, we stand by our products 100%. If you have any problems at all, please contact us and we will do whatever it takes to get you taken care of. Even as the CEO I will hand print your shirt myself and drive it to you within reasonable distance if that's what is needed.

We offer a 30 day return policy. so you have 30 days to contact us to schedule a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. please include pictures (if there is a problem with item or items)

To start a return, you can contact us at customer,service@saltycoconutrepublic.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. There will be an 8% restocking fee, which will be waived if item is damaged or  being exchanged

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
