Growing up, some of my best memories were made fishing the waters around Clearwater Beach with my father. I can still remember being around six or seven years old, staying at the old Hilton near the Sand Key Bridge and spending our days casting lines along the Gulf coast. Funny how the fish we once called “trash” ended up becoming part of a memory I’ll treasure forever.
